Massive Dairy Section?

Chinese grocery stores have huge dairy sections with numerous brands of milk. It is a little surprising that the choice of milks here is greater than in the US considering that many Chinese are lactose intolerant. There are about 10 brands of milk in every kind of container: bags, boxes, plastic bottles, glass bottles...

Among the many different flavors of milk are: plain, chocolate, strawberry, blueberry, peanut, and various ones with characters I don't yet understand. I am a little scared of peanut flavored milk.

The cheese selection is pretty poor, but Chinese don't really like cheese. In Cantonese, cheese is generally referred to as "chou chi-zee" (smelly cheese).
